Build tutorial​

  1. Install Supabase; create patients, appointments, triage_forms.
  2. Install n8n; connect booking form/WhatsApp intake.
  3. Auto-create appointment record and reminder workflow (T-24h, T-2h).
  4. Use OpenClaw to summarize triage text into structured notes.
  5. Save summary back into Supabase for clinician dashboard.
  6. Add n8n no-show automation: rebooking prompt and follow-up task.

MVP success​

  • No-show rate reduced.
  • Every visit gets structured summary.
  • Front desk uses one queue.
