  1. Install Mattermost and create channels by route/hub.
  2. Install n8n; ingest GPS ETA, driver updates, and delivery events.
  3. Create delay-risk workflow from ETA variance thresholds.
  4. Use OpenClaw to summarize likely root cause + action options.
  5. Auto-post escalation thread to relevant Mattermost channel.
  6. Close loop when delivery completes and log resolution reason.
