Build tutorial​

  1. Install Mattermost; set up #incidents and #on-call channels.
  2. Install n8n; connect uptime/infra alert sources.
  3. For each alert, trigger OpenClaw triage summary:
    • probable cause
    • affected systems
    • first 3 actions
  4. Auto-create incident thread in Mattermost with severity tags.
  5. Send resolution checklist and post-mortem template automatically.

MVP success​

  • Alert-to-triage time drops.
  • On-call gets consistent first response guidance.
  • Incident notes are reusable for postmortems.
